Hello, I'm Sybil. A 44 year old mama (sometimes mamacita) and educator. I have a teenage year old son, who is my balance, my greatest blessing. I love reading books, learning and growing. My journey to all of this has been one with up's/downs, detours, u-turn's etc. And for all of it, Today I'm totally grateful, it has lead me here. The idea of a revamped, modern women's circle community swells my heart. To be able to provide such a safe and sacred place for women of all ages and stages is my purpose. I didn't know it until now. I lived a very safe life, one where by societal norms, was exactly what it was supposed to be. Married my HS sweetheart, had a child, a career, the perfect life; yet I was crying inside. It's like the saying goes, you don't know, what you don't know. Well, that was an insane amount. I didn't know anything about myself, how to process what I was feeling, why I had certain habits and the idea of looking within, scared me senseless. I went through a separation when my son was 5 years old and never fully processed that, I was either on autopilot, day in and day out or spiraling through. About 8 years ago, I truly began my healing and journey of personal growth. I threw myself into learning as much as I possibly could. With the help of a very amazing friend who introduced me to many things, I attended seminars, workshops, read books, listened to podcasts, etc. Yet, all these tools and information and no support system. I felt things changing inside of me, and the outside was still the same, my insecurities were loud and core wounds prevalent. My issues with trust and feeling judged held me hostage to so many things; relationships, opportunities for growth and internal peace and happiness. I can happily say that over the past 2 years I've found my way. I still have ways to go, however, the state I live my life in today is a mindful one. I thrive on enjoying the little things, staying present, not taking anything personally and celebrating EVERY
THING! So much so that, how can I not want to share my experiences of mindfully looking within, learn from, and enjoy valuable lessons from other women.
My name is Luisa and I am so excited to meet you. Allow me to introduce myself. I am the
proud Mama to a curious 4 year old daughter and the lucky wife of an ambitious State Trooper/pilot. My 36 years of life have been full of wonderful people and along the way I’ve created amazing memories! Traveling the world strengthens my mind and my close friendships fuel my soul. How did I find myself gravitating toward Follow the Flow? Well, throughout the years, I've come across so many amazing women, but what surprised me the most is that these women never saw themselves with the same amount of awe as I did. Why was it so hard for them to see their inner beauty? By taking a step back and taking a moment to reflect on my own self perceptions, I realized that women are raised with the expectations that they have to get married, have children and live only for their families. Growing up in a Hispanic household, I saw this first hand with my mother. She had this mentality and it caused a great rift for so many of my younger years. Sometimes, we forget about ourselves. We put ourselves second, third or even last on our priority lists. Sound familiar? Life should not be designed to follow just this one path. We are much more than a wife and a mother. These roles are just the tip of the iceberg to our multifaceted identities. Sometimes we need to be reminded that we are allowed to put our dreams and needs first so that we may be the best version of ourselves. Being a wife and mother are absolute blessings, I will never deny that, and I'm extremely lucky to have these titles. For that very reason is why I want to continue to grow and learn more about myself. I want to keep seeing the full capacity of what I'm capable of, and in turn I want to share my knowledge with other women. In the end, I hope this new adventure inspires my daughter. Life can be multifaceted and I want her, and other women, to see beyond societal expectations.
If we follow the flow… the possibilities are endless.

Historically, women gathered during a new moon or full moon to celebrate the divine feminine. During these ancient gatherings, women of all ages circled the light and warmth of a fire. It was a time to share meals, tell stories, learn healing traditions, celebrate life events, and honor the ancestors. Today’s women’s circles seek to carry on this sacred tradition. We often get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to take the time to connect meaningfully with other women.
A women's circle is often a life-changing space:
~ A women's circle provides women with a supportive and healing space to simply BE. With no judgments or obligations, women are offered a space to be authentic and raw in who they are.
~A women's circle is a safe space to process difficult things. To sit within a circle of like-minded women and feel safe to share vulnerable, present things is incredibly freeing. Within a women's circle, women are encouraged to share what is real for them in their lives and feel the support of their community.
~A women's circle heals the wounds between women. A women's circle provides women with the space to feel the safety of sisterhood again and heal the wounds of the past.
~A women's circle allows like-minded women to gather. If you seek a community of like-minded women, a women's circle is an incredible space to meet new friends.
One of the greatest blessings of a women's circle is watching lifelong friendships form and feeling the connection between women. I hope you can feel the magic of our women's gathering. You will likely leave a different person.
Our mission is to create a safe environment for women to come together, and celebrate the essence of womanhood in all its changes. To embrace feeling seen, heard, and supported as we cultivate our inner beauty and flow with femininity. To laugh uncontrollably, to hold space, lift up or lean against each other, dream together, plant seeds of intention, and ultimately MAKE each and every day great!
